The front office staff includes the business manager, office manager and front desk coordinators. They are responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, financial matters, and most importantly, assisting the patient’s family in navigating through the nightmare of managed care.
The back-office staff includes includes doctors, medical assistants, and nurses. They all have extensive experience in pediatric pulmonary care. They are responsible for executing the diagnostic and treatment plan outlined for your child by the physician. This includes arranging diagnostic procedures, teaching, observation skills and techniques, answering questions about the treatment plan and medications, and serving as a bridge between the patient/family and the doctor.
