We participate with many PPO and HMO plans, and with traditional Medicaid.

We do not participate with:

  • Managed Medicaid plans

  • Medicare

  • Other government plans

Please bring your insurance card to every visit. Copays are due at the time of service.

As a biologics coordinator, we help guide you through your treatment journey. I explain the prior authorization process, explain the cost of the medication, enroll the patient in any eligible financial support programs, and assist in you receiving the medication either in the office or with a specialty pharmacy.
